what is a tracked forklift?

The tracked barrow or mini dumper is a machine equipped with a rubber tracked designed to transport all kinds of materials, wood, organic compound and fertilizers or for the collection of fruits. It is normally used for difficult access areas where vehicles cannot reach, making the work easier for the user.

how does a tracked forklift work?

Normally, these machines are equipped with a hydraulic system mounted on the dumper itself and on a translation mechanism, allowing the user to lift the dumper in order to clear the load. They come with a handlebar and control panel with which the machine can be moved to one side and the other in addition to controlling the hopper.

As for types of forklifts, these are subdivided into 3 types of motorization: gasoline, electric and diesel. The most commonly used are those with a gasoline engine.

This crawler truck with a Honda GX 160 4.6 HP engine has 4 speeds (3 forward and 1 reverse) and a maximum load capacity of 450 kg. Professional users usually prefer this model because of its safety braking system in case the machine's clutch is released.

If, on the other hand, you need even more load capacity, we recommend the tracked forklift Anova OR7500 which, like its little sister OR7320, has an engine with the same power and similar features. Both machines have an extendable body. The difference between the two models is their maximum load capacity, as the OR7500 can carry up to 500 kilograms of weight.
