After you have paid for your order, we will send you an email confirming the payment and then we will contact you to let you know which day you can pick up your order.
Given the high turnover of our products, customers who are going to travel exclusively for a particular product are advised to call us in advance to make an appointment, confirm the availability of the product and make a reservation without obligation.

As the owner of the order, you only need to bring your ID card.
If you are unable to pick up your order, you can authorize a third person to pick it up for you.
