Fumigation backpacks are very useful tools for manually spraying any type of liquid, both phytosanitary and herbicide, distributing it in the form of a uniform fine mist. The tank should be made of corrosion resistant materials and the backpack itself should be comfortable to carry. It is recommended that they have shut-off valves to prevent leakage or spillage.
	Spray units are primarily used to apply sulfate to fields in an automated manner versus backpacks for spraying. Spraying groups usually have better filters and a higher volume and speed of application, as well as being compatible with more types of accessories.
