Intermaquinas wants to emphasize that the machines we distribute are of great national and international recognized brands with many years of experience and great quality with guaranteed spare parts and unbeatable warranty service.

For this reason we offer our customers "Excellent Plus" guarantee (only agricultural machinery and tools). This includes free customer service during the warranty period as well as free delivery to the mainland if the manufacturer's technical service is not available. Exempt are machines larger than 1.5 cubic meters or 150 kg. In that case will apply the manufacturer's warranty policy both in shipping and labor may be due or paid.

We also offer an after-sales service once the warranty has expired. We pick up the machine at home with reduced shipping costs thanks to our agreements with transport companies. We provide of personalized estimate and repair of the machines by our technicians trained and specialized in the sector.

Returns

There are several reasons why products can be returned. You must take into account that there are certain CONDITIONS that should be fulfilled or taken into account depending on the type of return.

1 By withdrawal of purchase of the product

We accept the return of our products (withdrawal of the purchase), provided that 14 days have not elapsed from the receipt of the product and provided that the product is in the same condition in which it was delivered. You must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories (nuts, bolts and keys) and original packaging. It must be in perfect condition, without being dirty, stained, smelly, mistreated or damaged. We will only accept returns of products that have not been assembled, used or modified in any of its parts and that keep the original packaging in perfect condition (essential to process any return).

Once the product is received, Intermaquinas will proceed to refund the purchase amount (credit) or a voucher for next purchase as appropriate and except for transport costs (Art 107 2. RDLGDCU 1/2007)

The returns of material for any reason not attributable to Intermaquinas in whose initial order the product was purchased with the promotion of free shipping, the customer will be discounted the amount for the return of the product from home to our warehouse, depending on the amount of material / weight / number of packages returned.

ATTENTION!!!: For any type of return, it is MANDATORY to keep the original packaging boxes. Otherwise, no return will be processed.

PARTICULARITIES OF THE WITHDRAWAL OF PURCHASE:

-If the customer wishes to withdraw from his purchase and it has not been delivered to the carrier, the refund of the amount paid will be made within 15 working days after receiving the email confirming the withdrawal of the same. The refund will be made, whenever possible, by the same payment method used for the purchase.

-If the customer wishes to withdraw from a product that has already been delivered to the carrier, the customer must pay the transport costs, even if he/she has not yet received it at home. The reimbursement will be made within 20 working days after the returned product has been received at the warehouse. The refund will be made, whenever possible, by the same payment method used for the purchase.

-If the customer wishes to cancel a product that he/she has already received, he/she will have to pay all the costs of the return. The refund will be made within 20 working days of receipt of the returned product in the warehouse. The refund will be made, whenever possible, by the same method of payment used for the purchase.

2 For breakage/damage of the product during shipment

The goods must be checked by the customer. In case of receiving any package/package/packaging damaged during transport, it must be indicated on the delivery note (mandatory condition to make any claim for breakage or damage during transport. Otherwise they will not be accepted). The customer has 48 hours from the reception of the order to fill in the following form. If the damage is not reported within this period, the claim will be automatically rejected.

If it is not possible to check the goods at the time of receipt, it must be indicated on the carrier's sheet that the customer is in agreement, unless an examination is pending. Once the goods have been received at your address, you should proceed to examine them for possible damage caused in the transport process. In case of any damage or hidden defect, the customer must inform us of the incident within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Failure to follow the above guidelines will hinder the claim process by the manufacturer / supplier.

In the event that the goods are received by a third party, the buyer agrees to inform the third party that the goods must be inspected. You accept responsibility for any loss or damage in the event that someone signs on your behalf and fails to carry out the relevant checks.

3 Product Defect/Failure (Warranty)

For warranties on machines and tools for private or domestic use, the warranty shall apply in accordance with the applicable law. For warranties on machines and tools for professional use, the manufacturer's warranty policy shall apply. The start date of the warranty is the date shown on the purchase invoice. The warranties do not include deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulations, different from those indicated in the user manuals, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized technical service when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use. Deterioration of the color by exposure of the product to the action of the sun's rays or other heat sources.

Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will proceed to verify the condition of the product. Our technicians will diagnose the problem and carry out the corresponding repair.

If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.

4 Due to failure/error in the shipment of the order

When it has been detected that a product has NOT been received in the shipment, the product differs from what was requested or does not meet the requested characteristics listed on the website, the customer has a period of 24/48 hours from receipt of the same to notify the incident.

In the event that the product sent does not correspond to what the customer has ordered, Intermaquinas will bear the cost of collection of the wrong product and delivery of the correct one.
