Poultry Rotovator for tractor Deleks PAVO-160, the shredder crumbles the floor of the sheds, thus avoiding the compaction and hardening of the material used to make the bedding. Its shoes mix and stir up all the layers of the ammonia and distributes the dry shavings on the surface.
The purpose of this rotovator is to remove the clean bedding that has been left under the feces to the surface, thus providing the chicks with the comfort of the first days. The wet part is mixed and due to the higher weight falls to the floor to be covered by the drier and lighter part.
This strongly reduces the formation of odors, the presence of insects and strong ammonia odors. The machine delivers all types of broiler and poultry litter efficiently and quickly.
The working speed is on average 3-4 km/h, but it depends on the type of material, the hardness of the surface crust and the working depth.
The animal thus comes to live in a clean, dry place with few unpleasant odors and with gthe benefit to the farmer in terms ofQuality of the management of the production cycle, lower risk of infections, wellness for the operators working inside the halls and the savings in time and labor
