Honda Caterpillar Forklift Engine

The Bertolini BTR1750 crawler truck is powered by a Honda GX160 OHV engine which provides 4.8HP and 163cc. This model of crawler truck is equipped with a six-speed gearbox, four forward and one reverse.

The BTR 1750 crawler truck operates with an oil-bath gear transmission. This model also offers hydraulic unloading. It is capable of carrying a load of up to 550 kg or 175 L.

It also has an independent PTO at 2100 RPM . It has a minimum turning range of 700 mm with an unloading angle of 60º. It also has brakes which have an automatic expansion and cut-off.

This tracked forklift has a track contact surface of 60cm in length and 18cm in width. It has a Dumper type loading platform (optional extendable flatbed).

Oil immersed clutch brake (other brands) Disadvantages

  • Hydraulic due to the use of oil.
  • When the machine gets full of debris it is more prone to failure.
  • Practical and functional with good maintenance when needed.
  • First time use requires an oil change in a maximum of 40 hours.
  • The engine has a small oil pump which communicates with the clutch device and lubricates it and makes it work. When this oil is full of debris, the system will stop working and start to fail.
  • In the case of poor maintenance the machine starts to fail. The warranty does not cover the damage so it will be necessary to take it to the workshop and have it done by a professional.
  • In certain points of the machine there could be oil leaks.

Multi-disc dry clutch Bertolini

  • Simpler and more mechanical system and the clutch with brake and a force multiplication system without DHS.
  • This machine is less prone to failures

IMPORTANT
It is mandatory for the customer to check oil and grease levels before start-up !

If it is not possible to check the goods at the time of receipt, it must be indicated on the carrier's sheet that the customer is satisfied unless an examination is pending.
