The Bertolini BTR340 K crawler truck is powered by a Honda GCVx170 engine which provides 4.4HP and 160cc. This model of crawler truck is equipped with a four-speed gearbox, two forward and two reverse speeds.

This crawler truck has a crawler contact surface of 58cm in length and 17cm in width. It has a dumper type loading platform (flat extendable). It comes with brakes with expansion and automatic cut-off.

The BTR 340 K crawler truck operates with an oil-bath gear transmission. It offers manual unloading and is capable of carrying a load of up to 350 kg. It has a minimum turning range of 700 mm with a dumping angle of 45º and manual tipping.

Oil-bath clutch brake (Other brands) Disadvantages

  • Hydraulic due to the use of oil.
  • When the machine gets full of debris it is more prone to failure.
  • Practical and functional with good maintenance when needed.
  • First time use requires an oil change in a maximum of 40 hours.
  • The engine has a small oil pump which communicates with the clutch device and lubricates it and makes it work. When this oil is full of debris, the system will stop working and start to fail.
  • In the case of poor maintenance the machine starts to fail. The warranty does not cover the damage so it will be necessary to take it to the workshop and have it done by a professional.
  • In certain points of the machine there could be oil leaks.


Multi-disc dry clutch Bertolini

  • Simpler and more mechanical system and the clutch with brake and a force multiplication system without DHS.
  • This machine is less prone to failures

IMPORTANT
It is mandatory for the customer to check oil and grease levels before start-up !

If it is not possible to check the goods at the time of receipt, it must be indicated on the carrier's sheet that the customer is satisfied unless an examination is pending.
