DELEKS GR Lombarda Ingranaggi Clamp Rotator
There are several models of the DELEKS GR Lombarda Ingranaggi Clamp Rotator, which we will describe the characteristics of each:
Hydraulic Clamp Rotator GR 10: It has a capacity of 1 ton, a hydraulic rotary motor, and a version with a lower shaft, used for mounting clamps, grapples, bivalves, clams, cranes, mini loaders, backhoes, etc. Its application is for forestry areas, gardening, recycling, scrap, etc.
It has unlimited 360-degree rotation, a maximum static axial load of 10 KN and a dynamic axial load of 5 KN, torque at 250 bar: 350 Nm, an oil flow of 10 l/min, a maximum working pressure: maximum rotation 250 bar, clamp closed max 300 bar, clamp open max 200 bar, and G 1/4 connections.
Hydraulic Clamp Rotator GR-30F: It has a capacity of 3 tons, a motor with hydraulic rotor rotation, for mounting clamps, grapples, bivalves, clams, etc., on cranes, mini loaders, backhoes, etc. For mini excavators and 2.5-ton forestry cranes, it has a maximum static axial load of 30 KN and a dynamic load of 15 KN, torque at 250 bar: 900 Nm.
An oil flow of 20 liters per minute and a working pressure of maximum rotation 250 bar, clamp closed max 300 bar, clamp open max 200 bar, and G 3/8" connections.
Hydraulic Clamp Rotator GR-30FF: It has a capacity of 3 tons, a motor with hydraulic rotor rotation, for mounting clamps, grapples, bivalves, clams, etc., on cranes, mini loaders, backhoes, etc. It features a flat upper connection for quick coupling like S40 and a lower flange connection.
It has unlimited rotation, a maximum static axial load of 30 KN and a dynamic load of 15 KN, torque at 250 bar 1000 Nm, an oil flow of 20 liters/min, and a maximum rotation of 250 bar and G 3/8" connections.
Hydraulic Clamp Rotator GR-55FF: It has a capacity of 4.5 tons. It features a hydraulic rotary motor, for mounting clamps, grapples, bivalves, clams, etc., on cranes, mini loaders, backhoes, etc. Applications include forestry, gardening, recycling, scrap, etc. It features a flat upper connection for quick coupling like S40.
It has a lower flange connection, allowing vertical work with the clamp. It has unlimited rotation, a maximum static axial load of 45 KN and a dynamic load of 25 KN, torque @mpa 1300 Nm, oil flow of 22 liters/min, a maximum rotation of 250 bar, and G 3/8" connections.
