ATS Box Hyundai ATS1-100A
The ATS1-100A is a three-phase automatic transfer system designed to ensure an automatic transition between the mains and a secondary source from power Supply when a fault occurs, such as an outage or low/high voltage. Suitable for generators DHY14, DHY16. DHY22, DHY34, DHY45 and DHY-65 Three Phase, this system controls the power Supply AC power on all three phases via an 8-bit microprocessor, providing fast and reliable response.
In the event of a mains failure, the ATS1-100A automatically transfers the load to the secondary source, and activates the backup generator to start. In addition, it includes a battery charger and 30 meters of signal and charging cable for easy connection and maintenance.
This equipment guarantees high durability with 10,000 mechanical cycles and 5,000 electrical cycles, providing constant and safe operation. Its operation time is fast, with an opening time of ≤0.06 seconds and a closing time of ≤0.20 seconds, ensuring operational efficiency.

- When the module is at rated voltage, the power consumption of the voltage circuit is no more than 2VA.

Action time:
- Closing time: 5 seconds. During this period, if closing signal is detected, it is activated, disconnecting immediately.
- Normal delay voltage: (0~60) seconds (can be adjusted through the potentiometer panel).
- Abnormal delay voltage: (0~60) seconds (can be adjusted through potentiometer panel) default: 5 seconds.
- Opening delay: After the first delay (0~60 seconds (can be adjusted through the potentiometer panel) the delayed start is switched off.
- Delayed stop: After the first delay (0~90 seconds) can be set via the potentiometer panel or Pc, for (default 90 seconds.) the genset start relay is deactivated.
Rated voltage and rated frequency:
- 3 Phase +N, AC400v. 50Hz / 60 Hz.
- Over voltage threshold value: 264V (PHASE-n) UNDER VOLTAGE THRESHOLD VALUE, 172v (phase-N).
- AC voltage measurement accuracy: 2%.
- Three-phase AC voltage measuring range: (160~300) V±20%.
