Power Tiller Bertolini 407S

The Bertolini 407S power tiller is powered by a Honda GX200 engine offering 5.8HP. This power tiller is compatible with 60 cm tillers and 4.00-10" DR wheels.

This model offers us four speeds, two front and two rear. It also offers an independent PTO at 973 rpm. This power tiller has 4 speeds, of which two are front and the other two are rear.

In addition, this power tiller has an adjustable handlebar both in height and width and a transmission with oil-bath gears.

This power tiller is very easy to move thanks to its trailer hitch. It weighs only 120 kg with engine, tiller and wheels mounted.

This machine is designed for long life and high reliability . The tools are designed for the professional sector that requires the highest possible performance.

Oil bath clutch brake (Other brands) Disadvantages

  • Hydraulic due to the use of oil.
  • When the machine fills with debris it is more prone to failure.
  • Practical and functional with good maintenance when needed.
  • First time use requires an oil change in a maximum of 40 hours.
  • The engine has a small oil pump which communicates with the clutch device and lubricates it and makes it work. When this oil is full of debris, the system will stop working and start to fail.
  • In the case of poor maintenance the machine starts to fail. The warranty does not cover the damage so it will be necessary to take it to the workshop and have it done by a professional.
  • In certain points of the machine there could be oil leaks.

Multi-disc dry clutch Bertolini

  • Simpler and more mechanical system and the clutch with brake and a force multiplication system without DHS.
  • This machine is less prone to failures

It is mandatory for the customer to check oil and grease levels before start-up !
