Differences between holed bucket and smooth bucket Olive harvesters with smooth buckets are designed to collect the fruits, but in the process, they can also collect stones, mountains, gravel and other elements. Due to the smooth surface of the bucket, this debris cannot be disposed of immediately, which means that it will subsequently have to be separated from the olives.
