The Sima Triton Recy cling Debris Crusher greatly reduces the volume of debris generated in renovations, achieving a 3/1 ratio whereby 30m3 of debris can be reduced to 10m3, saving time and effort both in moving and removing debris. This also includes reducing the number of construction site containers required.
This shredder has a compact 50 x 50 mm tubular steel chassis. Both its shredding chamber and hopper include 5 mm thick walls. It has an interchangeable sieve (3 are included, of different diameters for different m3 of processing per hour) that refines the dust from the rubble obtained so that it can be used as a filler in mortar mixes.

The screens are made of anti-wear steel with a thickness of 5 mm, while the hammers are made of 15 mm thick anti-wear steel, making them strong and robust as well as efficient and almost indestructible.
The shredder is fitted with a 5.5 HP three-phase motor with a variable speed drive to allow it to be connected to a domestic power supply. In addition, it includes a digital voltmeter/ammeter meter that monitors all electrical data. It also has an hour meter for accurately scheduled maintenance.
