The Hyundai HYWH-600S welding helmet is an advanced welding helmet with automatic solar power dimming. It combines spectral filtering technology, photoelectric inductive control and liquid crystal light control to provide optimum protection. Its auto-darkening filter changes from light to dark in response to arc light and returns to its original state at the end of welding, protecting the user's eyes and skin from UV and IR radiation.
Among its features, its capacity to operate up to 5000 hours without the need for battery replacement, thanks to its solar and lithium/alkali battery, stands out. The control knob allows adjusting the shade between 9 and 13, as well as the delay time and the welding and grinding functions. Its high-quality photoelectric sensor and dual LCD ensure a clear field of view and effective UV protection up to DIN16.
In addition, the helmet features two arc detection probes that guarantee fast filter change in 1/25,000 seconds, protecting the eyes from arc damage. Its ergonomic design and adjustable helmet offer comfort and reduce fatigue, and it is suitable for various welding applications, including manual arc welding, gas shielded welding, argon arc welding and plasma cutting, operating efficiently in temperatures from -5 to 55 degrees Celsius.
