Power Tiller Bertolini 405S

The Bertolini 405S power tiller is powered by a 196 cc Honda GX200 engine providing 5.8 HP. This tiller is compatible with 60cm tillers and 4.00-8" wheels. It also includes a 973 rpm independent PTO.

The power tiller operates with a dry bevel clutch and an oil-bath gear transmission . In addition to a reverse shuttle and a vertically and horizontally adjustable handlebar with anti-vibration device.

The power tiller includes a reverse gear lock when the PTO is in use. The machine offers an oil bath gearbox with 4 gears, two front and two rear.

The reverse gear of this type of power tiller is operated by a lever located on the handlebar. This power tiller does not include a QuickFit system or a trailer hitch, both devices can be purchased separately.

This machine is designed to work on small and medium plots. This power tiller combines reliability and professional level performance with extreme ease of operation.

  • First time use requires an oil change in a maximum of 40 hours.
  • The engine has a small oil pump which communicates with the clutch device and lubricates it and makes it work. When this oil is full of debris, the system will stop working and start to fail.
  • In the case of poor maintenance the machine starts to fail. The warranty does not cover the damage so it will be necessary to take it to the workshop and have it done by a professional.
  • In certain points of the machine there could be oil leaks.

Multi-disc dry clutch Bertolini

  • Simpler and more mechanical system and the clutch with brake and a force multiplication system without DHS.
  • This machine is less prone to failures

It is mandatory for the customer to check oil and grease levels before start-up !
