Concrete mixer electric/gasoline/diesel Inhersa H-160 230 L
The electric/gasoline/diesel concrete mixer Inhersa H-160 is a robust and reliable machine designed to meet current CE standards. It incorporates a start-stop switch on the outside of the engine cab, with a minimum voltage coil that prevents the mixer from starting automatically after a power failure. This ensures safe operation.
Its frame is made of 3 mm thick structural steel profiles, which gives it great resistance. The tank capacity is 230 liters, with a mixing capacity of 160 liters. The turning mechanism is made by means of a crown and a steel pinion-axle machined in a greased steel box, which allows a smooth and effortless turning of the flywheel.
The Inhersa H-160 Concrete Mixer is available in five models, with different types of motorization, including single-phase electric motor, three-phase electric motor, LOMBARDINI diesel engine, HONDA gasoline engine and KOHLER gasoline engine. In addition, its engine cabin is suitable for any type of engine, providing versatility.
The rotating shafts of the bowl and pinion are mounted on maintenance-free grease bearings, which reduces the need for constant maintenance. The drive shaft couplings are splined, which avoids the typical failures associated with keyways. In addition, the pinion and crown gear are made of cast iron, which ensures their durability.
Also noteworthy is the large thickness of the bowl plate, which allows the kneading paddles to be welded to the bowl instead of bolted, as is the case with tanks made of thin plate. This improves the strength and durability of the mixer, making it an ideal choice for construction and civil engineering projects.
